罗炳辉将军是中国工农红军和新四军的高级指挥员、军事家。在长期的革命生涯中，他为中华民族的解放事业建立了不朽的功勋。回首历史风云，更激起人们对将军的缅怀与崇敬之情。本文仅从四个方面概述罗炳辉将军的崇高品质。[著者文摘]
